Ahmed Musa, the captain of the Super Eagles, has chastised Nigerian politicians for their disloyal behavior, particularly in the area of education.
He questioned politicians whose children are studying abroad, claiming that they do not believe in the system they are running.
Musa also wondered how they felt about traveling abroad to attend their children’s graduations while universities in Nigeria are closed owing to the ASUU strike.
The footballer star challenged Nigeria’s authorities to name one foreign politician whose child is now attending school in Nigeria or has recently graduated from a Nigerian institution.
He took to Instagram to express his feelings about the troubling scenario, which he called shame.
