Inter and Milan were interested, as were Premier League teams, but the Argentine is moving to the eternal city.
Paulo Dybala has joined Roma on a free transfer, deciding to join Jose Mourinho at the Stadio Olimpico following months of uncertainty over his future.
Dybala’s seven-year tenure at Juventus came to an end when his contract expired in June, but he will now stay in Italy with the Giallorossi.
Roma fans will be hoping that Dybala can lead Mourinho’s team to the next level in 2022-23, with the Portuguese manager wanting to get the club back into the Champions League after winning the Europa Conference League last season.
